Oh... How glorious beyond description is the Presence of the Lord Jesus Christ where our precious and loving Brother, even Bro John Jacob Stemen is right now, he is wondering why we are mourning instead of rejoicing and working on our own testimony so we can join him, he is now young and handsome at the best of his life when he was only 21 years. who would want to come back to this dead man where you have to struggle to keep it above the pain of this shortest life ever award ed to man, praise God for precious is the death of a saint in the sight of God. "Only Believe all Things are possible" to the Natural family and church family at House of Fellowship.

Dear Aunt Diana, so many true, lovely words have been written on these pages about the testimony Uncle John has left behind. The memory of his life and testimony will continue to influence lives, not only in this family, but around the world. We love you and are continuing to pray for you all. "No guilt in life, no fear in death. This is the power of Christ in me..."

May the grace and peace of God be with the Stemen family and House of Fellowship church. Our precious brother is absent from the body but present with the Lord. Oh, what a great consolation to know this. This is not the last time we will see him - there will be a great reunion day. "When we all get to Heaven what a day of rejoicing that will be."

My heart goes out to Sister Diana and the entire Stemen family. I'm deeply saddened to have lost such a precious brother, my pastor. I see the fruits of Brother John's labor in every one of your children. I just love you all so much. You are a special part of me and will be forever grateful for ALL that Brother John has done for my husband and I. Oh my. Such Love and care Brother John has ALWAYS shown to everyone he knew. "Well done thou good and faithful servant," you now have your reward in Glory with Our Savior... Until we meet again.

Dear Sis. Diane, Stemen Family, and House of Fellowship saints, There are no words we can say that can fully express what we are feeling, that another soldier of the Cross has safely crossed over the great divide into His Eternal Home. We are so thankful for this true minister of the Message of Mal. 4, and the example he has left to us all. We love you all and are praying that the Lord will comfort you as only He can. "not till the loom is silent and the shuttles cease to fly, Shall God unroll the canvas and explain the reason why.." May the Lord hold each of you close to His Heart and carry you in His loving, comforting Arms...Our love and prayers.

Still praying for the family, Aunt Diana. I was wondering where the pictures and video clips could be found? I really enjoyed the music. Danny is a very gifted speaker too. God bless and keep you under His wings.

We are so very sorry to hear of Bro. John's passing but we know it is heaven's gain. We first met the precious Stemen family way back in the l980's when we spent winters in Florida. What a blessing it was to meet them and fellowship with them each winter. I think you were having services in Tom and Donna's doublewide at our first meeting. John was one of the most humble of God's children with a terrific sense of humor and a quiet and unassuming manner. We have so many beautiful memories of our time spent with you all. You were and are a great inspiration and John will be greatly missed by all. His love for the Word of God was always evident and we enjoyed his preaching so much. We will be praying for you all as you carry on that God will fill you with His love and presence with the work that John started and now in Dan and Bill's capable hands. We love you all dearly.

Only God’s Word can truly describe our precious Brother John Stemen. Malachi 2:6 says it all: “The law of truth was in his mouth, and iniquity was not found in his lips: he walked with me in peace and equity, and did turn many away from iniquity.” As I pondered on the beginning and ending dates of his natural life, I realized it was the space of time, or LINE, between them that made the difference. His LINE stayed right down the middle of the road. His LINE kept us in LINE. His LINE set every example every day of how to live, work and play. His LINE was the DIVINE LINE. He often said “we have never gone this way before” He set the example of trusting God at His Word to the very end and was taken gently and safely over proving the Word he believed to be true. His LINE was unmistakably the right LINE. Our love and prayers are with the entire Stemen family in this difficult time. Thank you for unselfishly sharing Brother John with us all those years. Our lives are changed for eternity because of it.

~Brother Richard & Sister Shelly Milligan
