I'm so sorry to hear that Bro. John has passed away. We all will miss him dearly, especially his family and close friends. But we all know we shall meet again on that great day when the dead in Christ shall rise.
I enjoyed him as my pastor in Sarasota. And I really think he is the most friendly
and sincere brother in Christ I ever met. I pray the Lord will bless all the Stemen
family during this time of grieving.

We only met Bro. John once on our trip to Florida, but he was so sweet of nature and seemed to be very loving and free spirited. And he loved God with all his heart. He will be missed by all Brothers and Sisters that knew him. Lori, to you and your family, we are sorry for your mortal loss, but know that he is with our Father now and without pain. Love you all.

There is one thing that stands out in my Love for brother Stemen.
That is, whenever I was present to hear one of his sermons,
it seemed as though Jesus was speaking through him to
address what I needed at the time. His being "in-tune" with the LORD was right-on. A real
genuine Pastor.
More then anything now, his passing makes me want to find that last one even more,
so that we can be reunited with our brother the sooner.

Dear Sis. Diana and all the
Stemen Family - I just want to say that I love you so much.
May the Lord Jesus bless each and every one of you with His
Peace; may He hold you tenderly in the palm of His Hand.
Above all, may the assurance of His unending love for each
one of you ring loudly in your hearts, driving away anything
contrary to the promises of God. With
loving prayers,

It was with sadness that we heard of the passing of a great man of God but also with joy as we know that we shall see him again in a short while. We are
grateful that we had the chance to meet him on this side and share fellowship with you both. We have been very involved here at home with a serious family problem and regret that we did not get to fellowship with Br. John one more time. Our love and prayers are with you all at this time of great loss. Love You

We are sorry to hear of the passing of Brother John. We had him continually in our prayers since we first heard of his condition. He was a very precious brother and is certainly going to be missed. Our loss is Heaven's gain! Though our Brother John has passed from this mortal, visible realm, we know he is still living. Brother Branham said he saw the saints over there. "For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens." So, our Brother John has just changed coats leaving this pest house to enter into his Father's house. To live is Christ, but to die is gain.
We are praying for the family and saints in Sarasota. May God bless and strengthen you during this time.
In His love,
~Bro. Brad Burgess & Family & Saints of Bible Believers Church in Louisville

Having known Brother John for nearly 28 years, I know that he is truly free to worship with all his being now. We here have to deal with the struggles of mortal life. John is now fully liberated. We loved our brother in life and look forward to the time that we have to come when we get to shout the praises of Him who gave us the Gift of His own Life both here and in the world to come. God bless all the family. We are praying for you.

In life we meet certain individuals that have an eternal influence on your life. Such was Bro. John Stemen. Spending a few minutes in the presence of Bro. John made you realize that the Same Spirit that rose Jesus from the dead was in your midst. What a promise to know that that frail body will be quickened and live forevermore!!
To all the Stemen family - may God be your comfort and joy in this time.
